Tips on Attending the Group Exchange

During the Group Exchange you will be meeting one-on-one with tour operators and ski suppliers from all over the world.  If you have never attended the Group Exchange below are a few things that can make your on-site experience more enjoyable:

1)    Open Scheduling: Group Exchange begins with an open scheduling session held on Thursday, April 15, 2010.  This allows you to add and change appointments on your schedule.

2)     Appointments: The Group Exchange appointments will be held on Friday, April 16, 2010

3)     Biography Sheet: As you will be meeting with industry representatives, please provide a biography sheet that includes information about your club or council's profile, orThis will save you time from having to describe your club or council and trips to every person you meet.  Approximately 50 copies are recommended. (See below for details)

4)     Appointment Request Form: Remember to bring your Appointment Request Form with you.  This is the list of companies you selected to meet with and will assist you in making any last-minute appointments that might have been missed.  Note:  It is not possible for MTS to accomodate every appointment  request.

5)     Business Cards: Bring 50-100 to exchange with suppliers as well as other club and council leaders you will meet throughout the week.

6)     Other:  Other suggested reference materials to bring include club newsletters or council directories.

If you have any questions regarding the Group Exchange, please contact Paul Webber at prw@prwsl.com.
