Trade Exchange Literature and Gift Drops:

Sunday Evening hotel room drops                                           Cost:  $500*
Impact the more than 600 attendees of the Trade Exchange, staying at the Vail Cascade and the Vail Marriott, with your latest brochures, product offerings or promotion offerings.  A maximum of 5 companies share a bag hung on the door to each hotel room. 

* Based on a minimum of three participating companies.  Literature must be provided by company.  A single piece of literature/poly pack/similar (maximum size:  8 ½ x 11 in.) may be included in the literature drop.
 
Monday PM and Tuesday AM & PM:                                        Cost:  $500*
Your opportunity to insure the more than 150 +/- tour operator booths get your message.  It could be a goodie, a gift or product/promotional literature.   Delivered to the booths during the Trade Exchange, Monday and Tuesday during the lunch break, and Tuesday morning prior to the start of the Trade Exchange.
Only one company, EXCLUSIVE, may participate in each drop.  

* Goodie, gift or product/promotional literature must be provided by company.
