Trade Exchange Exhibit Hall
The Exhibit Hall provides an opportunity to showcase your business to the mountain resort businesses during the Symposium Trade Exchange (Monday, April 7th & Tuesday, April 8th). The package combines two full days of booth attendance during the Trade Exchange and details as outlined below.

Exhibit Booth Details:
• Approximately 15 exhibit booths will be located in the ballroom with the Trade Exchange booths.
• Show hours will be 8:30 am to 6:00 pm on Monday and Tuesday, April 7th and 8th.
• Booths will be 10’x 8’, and include pipe and drape, table, 2 chairs, electrical power and a waste basket.
• Complimentary wireless internet service.
• An electronic pre-registration list for promotional purposes (usage 30 days prior to and after MTS)
• Inclusion of a single page promotional flyer in the on-site registration packet
• Booth package includes one complimentary MTS registration which includes admittance into the Trade Exchange-no appointment track, Forum presentations, all MTS sponsored receptions and social events, and free ski lift ticket for the week. 
• Additional exhibitor passes can be purchased for $795 per person.
• Additional audio/visual equipment (phone lines, etc) will be available through the hotel at our own expense.
• An Exhibitor Kit will be provided for listing all the additional details. 
• 2008 Exhibit Hall Package Price $3,500

Space is available on a first come first serve basis and subject to confirmation by MTS. Booth space is limited and will be assigned on a “first come” basis, based on receipt of executed Agreement (attached).
