The very first guests on Airbnb slept on air mattresses in the founders’ apartment. Today, the site has over two million listings worldwide, ranging from simple apartments to luxury villas. Though it began in San Francisco, the site now lists homes in over 190 countries. One of the company’s fastest growing markets is in traditional leisure destinations, especially the North American ski resorts. To meet the needs of vacation rental managers in these markets, Airbnb has rolled out new products, promotions, and terms that make it easier than ever to get the most out of this global platform. Presented by David Burdent, Airbnb's market manager of ski product.
