Ian has a depth of experience in both the Travel Industry and the Consumer Product industry, from Frontier Airlines to Head Sports, Vail and Intrawest to Nike. Ian is now the CMO of Boyne Resorts which is the largest family owned four-season resort company in North America.

The common thread for all of these roles is that Ian enters during a moment of change and has helped lead these organizations through this process. He has worked on great brands, and helped challenger brands to become leaders in their respective markets. Ian believes marketing cannot drive long term success, or growth, if it isn’t inspired by company culture. And culture cannot drive success or growth if it isn’t inspired by real customer need.
