Paul holds a B.A. in English from Gettysburg College in Gettysburg, PA; a M.A. in English from The College of New Jersey in Trenton, NJ; and a M.S. in Positive Organization Development and Change from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH. He is also a Fuse Corps Executive Fellow and an International Coach Federation Certified Executive Coach.
