
Trade Exchange Need-To-Knows:
Participants MUST be a buyer or supplier
of a ski vacation component.
Buyers - tour operators/wholesalers - are in
booths. Suppliers rotate from appointment to
appointment. Suppliers are allowed ONE set
of appointments per company. Both buyers and
suppliers are encouraged to bring additional
attendees. Aggressive discounts are
available for those companies sending more
than one attendee.
Buyers and suppliers review profiles via an
online directory and submit a list of
appointment requests. Appointments are
pre-scheduled through an automated process.
Participants review the pre-scheduled
appointments and make MORE appointments with
additional participants in any unfilled
appointment slots once the automated
scheduling is complete. Buyer requests are
given priority.
