Ben Bates is the Commercial Excellence Manager for North America at Booking.com. In his role, Ben oversees and leads regional commercial innovation, strategy, support and priorities for Local Partner Services.
In Local Partner Services we have over 150 people dedicated to working alongside and supporting our valued partners. Ben has over a decade worth of experience at Booking.com, and over 12 years in the industry.
Ben has held various roles within Booking.com, including ownership of multiple major global destinations, leading the opening of new markets/offices for the company, and experience in our Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction Departments.
Prior to Booking.com, Ben, originally from Cambridge, England, lived in multiple major cities in Central and Eastern Europe, UK and USA, starting and supporting small-mid sized companies within the retail and travel sector.
