Ryan Van Duzer has lead a very uncommon life. Some may call it living the dream. Instead of jumping directly into the "real world" after getting his degree in broadcast journalism, Ryan chose to join the Peace Corps and work with at risk youth in Honduras. The two challenging, yet incredibly rewarding years in a small village inspired a life of adventure and humanitarian work. The fun started when he decided to cash in his plane ticket home, and instead ride his bicycle 4,000 miles back to Boulder (much to the chagrin of his mother). Since that first big adventure, Ryan has made a career out of creating content aimed at inspiring people to get off their couches and enjoy this beautiful planet. He's survived the jungles of Venezuela on the Discovery Channel, trekked the Himalayas for Nat Geo, and has ridden his bicycle across the USA multiple times (while raising money for bicycle advocacy groups). Ryan has never owned a car and is a very passionate bicycle advocate, committed to creating content that is both educational and entertaining. He's currently a lifestyle expert for the Travel Channel, as well as a YouTuber where he has over 10 million views on his various videos.
