    Group Exchange: Tour wholesalers, hotels, lodging properties, ski companies, car rentals, ground transportation providers, ski/board rental companies, activity operators, property management groups, travel insurance, tourism bureaus, as well as other sellers of mountain vacation products

  • Trade Exchange: Tour operators from 30+ countries, online travel agencies

    Group Exchange: Decision-makers from top ski clubs and councils in North America as well as other active groups planning ski trips.

  • Mountain Marketplace is designed for companies interested in meeting with both buyers and suppliers of the Trade Exchange.

  • Determine which package you would like to purchase, have your credit card handy and follow the prompts from the registration system.

  • You can register for MTS at any point. Register early for the best available rate and to take advantage of our full appointment requesting process which begins in early February.

  • Cancellations received on or before January 31, 2025 are subject to a $250 administrative fee. Any cancellations received after this date will result in forfeiture of amount paid. Please email talktous@mtntrvl.com

  • You can begin crafting your profile in early February. We suggest you complete your profile prior to the appointment system opening in early March.

  • Appointments can be scheduled starting in early March. Appointments can be scheduled leading up to and during the event.

  • No, MTS does not sell its attendee lists. Please beware of fraudulent emails claiming to sell MTS attendee lists. Any third party attempting to solicit money in exchange for attendee information is fraudulent. Mountain Travel Symposium will never distribute attendee information except as outlined in our privacy policy.

    These scams are increasingly deceptive and aggressive in their marketing tactics—sometimes falsely including the MTS logo/website/name in their email signatures. These companies have no affiliation with Mountain Travel Symposium or Northstar Travel Group and should be ignored.
