About Mountain Travel Symposium Group Exchange
The Mountain Travel Symposium brings together the buyers and sellers of the ski vacation product from all across the world. The Group Exchange provides the opportunity for trip decision-makers from ski groups, clubs and councils to meet in one-on-one appointments with ski suppliers.

Wednesday, April 15 | Arrivals throughout day, Orientation and Welcome Reception |
Thursday, April 16 | Skiing/Snowboarding all day, Group Exchange Mixer |
Friday, April 17 | MTS Group Exchange - one on one appointments (mandatory attendance), Farewell Party |
Saturday, April 18 | Skiing/Snowboarding all day at your leisure; Trace the Globe Dinner |
Sunday, April 19 | Everyone travels home |
Attendance Requirements
The group/club/council must have booked at least two fly-to domestic or international ski/board trips of 5-7 nights, (standalone club trips only) with a minimum attendance of 20 people this season (‘25/’26).
Attendee must have led a week fly-to ski trip within the last three (3) ski seasons
Attendee must be a trip decision-maker. Titles listed in preferred attendance order:
Trip Chairman (2025/26) (preferred attendee), Trip Committee member, Week Trip Leader, President or Vice President
If you are not a preferred attendee, please share this page with the person who currently holds one of the above positions and do not fill out the application.
All applications are subject to approval by MTS. Applications must be received by September 30, 2025. Applicants will be notified of acceptance by October 30.

Terms & Conditions
Attendance is required at all scheduled events
No spouse, significant other or guests are permitted to accompany the attendee to any MTS function
Double-occupancy only. No single supplements. No exceptions
Only one person per group/club/council is permitted to attend
Attendance Options
Group Exchange Package: Wednesday - Sunday April 15 – 18, 2025
Includes:
Roundtrip airfare*
Roundtrip airport shuttle service*
4 nights lodging based on double-occupancy. Note: Lodging provided at properties throughout Whistler
Complimentary lift tickets and complimentary ski/board rentals
Group Exchange registration
Invitation to the Group Exchange Welcome Reception and other hosted functions
Some meals and additional expenses are the responsibility of the attendee
Cost: $645 USD
NOTE: The credit card charge will appear as "Northstar Travel Media".
*Travel details and ski/board rental information will be provided approximately 30 days prior to the conference.
Add on: Early Arrival Package: Monday, April 13 – Wednesday, April 15
Includes all items listed in the Wednesday-Sunday package plus:
2 additional nights lodging based on double-occupancy for April 13th & 14th.
Lodging to be located in Whistler2 additional days of complimentary lift tickets and ski/board rentals
Meals and additional expenses are the responsibility of the attendee
Cost: $250 USD
*Limited spots available and priority will be given to those planning on skiing/boarding.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations and name change requests must be submitted in writing to talktous@mtntrvl.com and mmanning@mtntrvl.com by January 15, 2026. For cancellations received before this date and if your airfare has not been booked, a full refund will be issued. However, please note that if your airfare has already been booked, the trip becomes non-refundable. After January 15, 2026, any cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all payments.
