How to make appointments

Things to know:
Appointment Requests begin on March 17.
Only APPOINTMENT TAKERS can request appointments.
Any appointment request must be approved (or denied) by the person receiving the request.
Anyone with a confirmed appointment can cancel it at any time.
It is possible to “block” time-slots for no appointments.
When making appointments for both the Trade Exchange and Group Exchange, it is VERY important to remember to log out of one Exchange before logging into the next. Logout from the “Additional Options” menu (in the upper right corner).
How to Request an Appointment
Using Calendar or List View
MAKE APPOINTMENTS
Enter the appointment system here - https://appt.bravuratechnologies.com/apptportal/#/exchange
Search for an appointment partner (use the menu on the left to access the Directory)
Click on the Company Name from the directory.
Click the Schedule Appointment box
Click schedule appointment
Select an appointment time (only AVAILABLE times will show)
Request the appointment. It will show on as PENDING for both parties until confirmed or denied.
Appointment requests can be cancelled at any time by the requester.
Confirmed appointments can be cancelled at any time by either party.
